Looking to set up a website with my photography on it (as well as video when I finish doing more of that). I\'m trying to get an internship and think it would be cool if they could see some of my work. Is there an open source web development software I can use that\'s decent?

What is this mess... "Websites"?
You need a robot to make you one of those?

A robot with a notepad?

Haha. I\'d like to stay away from notepad. I\'m extremely rusty on my HTML. Last time I did it, I didn\'t make a bad website but I haven\'t used HTML in maybe 4 years. I can do basic things on say a message board but even that is debatable now.

Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm) - Syntax highlighting and very customizable.
If you want a WYSIWYG then download a trial of Adobe Dreamweaver.
Get a nerdy friend to set one of the nice JS-framework based photo galleries out there such as these:
