I shot some football this weekend.  Kind of funny watching 6 and 7 year olds rock the house.  Big Log is #18, but he plays line mostly so there isn\'t much of him.  We are the blue team.  Got our buts kicked.  

They essentially have a one man offense that is tough to stop.  We just need to game plan better next time we play them.:fro:

Cute. I was almost beginning to believe the plan was to let the opposing team score until they were too tired and then you guys unchained your offense. :laughing:

That\'s a pretty cool thing to do for the kids. I bet the team and coach and all really dig that.

The Black and Green team looks twice as fast and twice as big.  

I love the coach telling the kid he is walking home with no dinner.  Oh and 36 Power stupid dumb dumb

Maybe I\'m too much of a fuddy duddy but I don\'t want my kid to be cussin and shit at that age

well the dolphins had 3 plays and they ran them well.  Our team has a very complex offense with loads, sweeps, position numbers, codes, etc...  they are learning real football.  We also only have 2 players ont he entire team who have ever played tackle football before.  That\'s actual the real problem.  No one friggen hits.  It takes one season for kids to break out of their  shell and hit.  Our team is 3-3 so far.  It\'s just that game is our big rivalry since we are all friends.  I know half the parents and kids on that team.  Hopefully we\'ll play them again in the superbowl.

Heh...it\'s funny watchin\' these kids play hard...that one kid needs to ease up on tha cussin\', but i guess even these little rugrats get emotional...:p

he wasn\'t cussin.  He says freakin all the time and God dang...

I was actually expecting a lot more trash talking out of him.  That\'s why I mic\'d him.  I probably won\'t shoot another game for quite a while.

youth sports seem way advanced down there. We got no park district or township sponsored tackle football or normal baseball

awe hell, you can play football and baseball all year here.  Logan has played 8 season of baseball and he is only 7.  He has been in many tournaments, several all stars, state tournaments, etc.

That\'s one good thing about being able to play sports all year.
