I have posted about violence and vandalism being done to McCain supporters, but this has gotten way out of control.
Since I don\'t know the specifics yet I won\'t make any accusations towards the Obama crowd.

PITTSBURGH -- A 20-year-old woman who was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield was also maimed by her attacker, police said.
Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard tells Channel 4 Action News that the victim was robbed at knifepoint on Wednesday night outside of a Citizens Bank near Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street just before 9 p.m.
Richard said the robber took $60 from the woman, then became angry when he saw a McCain bumper sticker on the victim\'s car. The attacker then punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter "B" into her face, Richard said.
Richard said the woman refused medical treatment after the assault, which happened outside the view of the bank\'s surveillance cameras.
The robber is described as a dark-skinned black man, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. The man was wearing dark colored jeans, a black undershirt and black shoes.

Already did... this is nuts if it is true. Drudge does back off of stuff if he is wrong. See the post below it. Drudge doesn\'t have a link yet, but I did link a local Pittsburgh news station.

Yeah any kind of violence is sick, but if people are so impassioned about their support of Obama, he should probably put out a message to those people.

I haven\'t looked at this story since I posted it when I first saw it. Now looking at the pictures of the woman and her actions right after the attack - something isn\'t right.
She refused medical treatment and said she "would go the hospital in the morning" and the way the B looks on her face... something just doesn\'t add up. I will be the first on here to say - I think she is lying. I think she did get mugged, but I have my doubts that the guy became "enraged" over a McCain sticker and carved a B into her face. Wouldn\'t an O be easier and quicker? I think she made it up for her 15 minutes of fame. Just my opinion.

Whats with all the headlines across the net using the word \'carved\'? its scratched onto her, didn\'t even draw blood in the picture I saw. She has a nasty shiner and a pink B on her cheek.

Give me a break. I posted the first article when there was little information. I never "pinned" this on Obama. After reading more about the case I made a logical observation. I am sorry if you lack that ability.

what\'s your goal of finding these stories about obama supporters? that all obama supporters are violent? what would be the goal of pointing out that all/the majority/a small fucking percentage out of a huge country\'s population of obama supporters are violent?

On a serious note, she reminds me of the story from a few years back in which this depressed white woman who put all of her children in a car and drove the car into a river drowning her kids, she later told the police that she was car jacked and kidnapped by a black man and that he was the one that killed her children....she later admitted it was a hoax and was prosecuted for it, but you\'re complete trash anytime you automatically think.."i\'ll just say that a black man mugged me and the cops will believe me".

I work in a very conservative workplace, and everybody was so up in arms this morning when this story came out. They couldn\'t believe how I wasn\'t up in arms along with them. I told them I\'d wait to see the footage from the ATM camera and I thought it was sort of suspicious how gingerly and "neat" that backwards B was cut into her face. I\'m sorry, if some dude attacks you and started cutting your face wouldn\'t you fight back at least a little bit?
The upside down B did make sense if say he knocked her down and cut it into her face standing over her head... it would then be backwards when you looked at it right side up.
It was pretty sweet when it came out the whole thing was a hoax. This was one of many great moments being an Obama supporter this week around work. The other was that video from 2000 when McCain seemed to deeply support "socialist" ideas... like a progressive tax structure where the richest members of society pay a slightly higher percentage of income taxes. The best part is at the end.
