Great film from sweden. I almost feel bad for downloading it. Heres a quick blurb about its plot from IMDB

Oskar, a bullied 12-year old, dreams of revenge. He falls in love with Eli, a peculiar girl. She can\'t stand the sun or food and to come into a room she needs to be invited. Eli gives Oskar the strength to hit back but when he realizes that Eli needs to drink other peoples blood to live he\'s faced with a choice. How much can love forgive? Let The Right One In is a story both violent and highly romantic, set in the Stockholm suburb of Blackeberg in 1982.

I only heard about this movie from word of mouth. Originally thought it was something I wouldn\'t care about but I was wrong. Check it out.

Whats your fav movie of 2008 that didn\'t make almost 1b$?

Don\'t bother. You\'re a slow reader. You\'ll never keep up with the subtitles. ;)

I would probably have to say "Burn After Reading" off the top of my head.

Wall-E was also pretty great.

Did "There Will Be Blood" come out in \'08? I liked that alot too.

Gran Torino

Wasn\'t a fan of Let the Right One In.  I found the whole movie to be awkward.

It wasn\'t Kevin Smith\'s best by any means, but I enjoyed it. Still, Tropic Thunder takes the cake.

Tropic Thunder is the only other one that stands out.  Benjamin Button wasn\'t too bad and I might like Gran Torino once I see it.

Actually, also, Taken was pretty damn good.

Imdb says it was 2007, but then it says it released in Feb. 2008 so maybe Charlie Bartlett counts. I really enjoyed this one: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0423977/ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0423977/)

Tropic Thunder was pretty entertaining, but I wouldn\'t rank it among the best of anything.

Weird . I hated PineApple Express. Maybe, because I don\'t find stoner comedies funny, but I remember taking my girlfriend to see it.  I just kept surfing the \'net on my iPhone and texting to people, letting them know how bad the movie is.

Ill second pineapple express

still waiting for the blu ray price to drop to 15 bucks but everyones keeping it at 30

it didnt even have that much "stoner comedy"..i mean when theyre in the tree..and the beginning..and the kids..nevermind. but i found zach and miri make a porno boring. not sure if it was because i watched it after PE

Then no, you wouldn\'t like Pineapple Express. I like stoner comedies very much. However, there are SO MANY bad ones out there it\'s really hard to find a good one.

Loved Pineapple Express and Tropic Thunder, as far as comedies go.

Thought Gran Torino was pretty good.  Burn After Reading was also good.

Thought Wall-E was overrated.
