- 1 month Gold membership card
- remote control
- Xbox 360 carring case, never used (bought for $60)
- Dance Universe mat
- Guitar Hero/ Rock Band guitar
- Games: Marvel UA Special Edition, Ghost Recon 2, Guitar Hero 2, Perfect Dark Zero, Xbox live Arcade Unplugged

basically all that for 200$ cash

Guy is at work right now so i\'m waiting for him to email me back but lemme know what you guys think

haven\'t bought it just yet - my buddy left his xbox with me over the weekend and realized how much fun I was having so I started looking around on the weekend for a used deal. Found this guy very early this morning, been emailing him back and forth throughout the day

I have his name and address and i\'m gonna get a bill of sale when I meet up with him if it all works out hopefully.

oh, i thought you were selling it.

call me paranoid but i\'d look into how the warrenty would transfer over to you. i can\'t remember what they asked for when I had to mail mine in, like if I had to have MY name to send it in. It couldve just been based off the serial number on the back alone, which would still allow you to mail it in

1 word of advice: always buy your xbox live subscriptions at a store. you put your credit card in the xbox and there\'s no way of deleting it except to go through a bunch of hoops and calling into support. plus you have to call in to tell them to shut off auto-subscription

waiting back to hear from him on the warranty - if it all goes through i\'ll definitely buy my xbox live sub from a store - he has the 1 month free card for it, which hasn\'t been activated yet. Would it still be safe to use that one as long as its not activated?

I saw a supply of refurbed 360s on woot.com recently for $136 per unit, but they sold out in about 90 minutes.  I don\'t remember if that included any sort of warranty, but it was the newer design with the HDMI output.
 
You should make sure this one has HDMI out also.

It does have HDMI and I did purchase it off the dude. Middle aged guy who bought it for his daughter who doesn\'t play it. Also had a new PS3 sitting under the TV. Basically the guy didn\'t look like he needed money, or had a reason to screw me. But i got my bill of sale anyways and we actually hooked up my own Xbox Live account there at his house with my credit card, so its all good.

been playing the hell out of the UFC demo.
