Happy New Year everybody. Sad that I got the year\'s first post at 2 in the afternoon here, but I guess you\'re all still hungover in bed. The five or six of you that are left, anyway.
So what\'d you end up doing?
Girlfriend and I were watching tv and playing games, then at like quarter of, I decided hey let\'s go out. We walked down to the Baltimore Inner Harbor and showed up with about 60 seconds on the countdown clock. The fireworks went off to music and were the best I\'ve seen. They had ones shooting in every direction, not just up. It goes to music. Bonus highlight, a white kid about age 6 doing a loud, pitch perfect version of MJ\'s Beat It along to the music. We had fun, whole thing lasted about 18 minutes. Came back home and finished up the beer.

Low key for me, stayed in with roommie and had nice champagne. Didn\'t feel like spending $200 this year. :p

it was the shittiest new years eve I can recall for 20 years, because the first time in that long, beer wasn\'t involved.
the night out was just as bad, went out about 9pm, not many about for some reason, and by the clock hit midnight, there were about 6 people in the pub. totally devoid of atmosphere for a new years eve.
after that, a few people started playing poker, so I fucked off home about 12:30am.

Why were the Lakers down by 2 points with 4.1 remaining on their home court against the Kings? I know Paul Westphal has turned the Kings around somewhat, but wtf? All the Lakers (except Bryant) are suffering from a lack of concentration.
EDIT- Just read that Laker fans were booing their own team when they were down 15 in the second quarter. Hah hah... typical.
Laker fans are the most spoiled assholes in the league.

Went to a party. Got way too drunk. Threw up a couple times and woke up next to this girl I\'m seeing on a couch feeling like crap. Twas fun :)

^ Hah nice, reminds me of my life several years ago.
Any New Year\'s resolutions? I plan to finally learn how to play this guitar I have in my room. Hopefully I can play a song or three this time next year.

That\'s cool. Do most people have New Year\'s Resolutions? I never bother to think of any and suspect that\'s true for most everyone.
