Sarah Palin caught reading cheat notes on the palm of her hand during a speech.

But Obama has to rely on a teleprompter... like a normal public speaker. What is she in 3rd grade? Palin is full of fail

Teleprompters are normal. Reading notes off your hand is just downright juvenile. Especially how she gives Obama shit for reading off a teleprompter. And looking at your hand is not exactly subtle. Teleprompters are more subtle and you don\'t look like a jackass.
-
Palin knows how to market herself...she\'s a popular talking head in the repuplican party. She\'s makin\' more money now than she ever did as governor....she raked in 7 mil from her book deal and she received $100,000 for that tea party speech...but that is about as far as it goes...as a possible presidential candidate, she\'s a joke.
And yeah titan i agree....just about everybody uses teleprompters nowadays, but at some point you gotta be knowledgeable on the issues, not looking like a 3rd grader cheating on a test.
-
I dont care if she had talking points on her hand or not, the fact that she said something about Obama using a teleprompter in the very same speech is what my issue is.
-
Further more, just to keep things in perspective....
This is the same hypocritical bitch that called for Rahm Emanulle to be fired for using the word retard and defending Rush Limbaugh when he used the word saying it was satire.

Good point....... Very subtle

because republican presidents don\'t use teleprompters

The problem is not the teleprompters....if you get sara palin in an interview just talkin\' from tha dome, she doesn\'t have a clue about world issues or even domestic issues for that matter, she was incredibly exposed during her run with McCain...and her little issue with her hand just reinforces this fact.
Obama, Clinton...even Bush can put together a decent interview without teleprompters and you can tell that those folks know their s**t when it comes to world or domestic issues. Just give Palin a blond wig and her look would be complete.
-
There is nothing wrong with prompters. But to say that he isn\'t BY FAR the most prompted president EVER is ludicrous. Three more years of this shit....
-
Make that 7 more years.
Here\'s my little prediction:
In Fall 2012 they will ask a simple question: Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?
Obvious answer for vast majority of the US electorate: Yes.

I do feel he needs to throw his weight around a bit more...i applaud him for trying to work with repulicans in his first year....to me at least it seemed like he wanted some republicans on deck for most of his policies. Fast forward and we see how that worked out. Republicans have delayed or sidetracked just about every bill that this administration wants passed.
He needs to understand that his party is the majority and the people voted him in based on policies that he stated he would enforce...the public option? (which was kinda big for me) he backed down totally from that...as much as he campaigned heavily on that subject, when people were saying it was a gov\'t take over, he just ended up saying it wasn\'t a major part of health care reform when he should\'ve desperately defended it.
Stop letting congress take the lead....pull rank and tell reid and pelosi to fall in line...stop trying to get along with everybody and try to do what you feel is right for the american public...bush never had a problem pushing his agenda....Obama\'s cum-by-yah method is going to wind up with him getting nothing done.
-
I was sorry to see the public option thrown out, too. But I suppose making it more affordable is still a step in the right direction....

When teleprompters go bad.

Seriously that wasn\'t that bad. Two stumbling sentences with a jump cut in the middle to make it seem worse. After listening to Bush attempt speech for 8 years, I\'m surprised Obama doesn\'t get a pass. One thing he keeps is his confidence while he\'s fishing for the right words. Bush used to look like he wanted to crawl under a podium.
