Title: 360 CD-ROM making loud noises only with Bad Company 2

very weird. I actually started this thread just saying my 360 was making noise, but I realized it started with BC2 and I havent tried any other game in the 360 since then...so i figured I\'d might as well just try another game for the hell of it

low and behold the 360 was totally normal putting in AC2

Now when I put in BC2, the 360 makes a loud humming sound when I boot up the game. It gets a little quieter when the game gets going but there\'s still a noticeable hum. Then sometimes in the middle of the game the cd-rom will make a really loud hum (louder than the boot-up), but then go back to the quieter hum that I was talking about before.

anyone hear of one game doing this?

you know why it\'s loud?  because bc2 is fucking awesome


seriously though, I have no idea.  maybe it is constantly streaming data off the disc?

maybe the disc itself was manufactured wrong, weighing more on one side?
