Wow...i remember the majority of these commercials...i\'m old....:(...:D

I\'d have to say tho, as crappy as the graphics were back then, the best games for the system that i can remember was,

-asteroids
-pitfall...pitfall2 was ok too
-cosmic ark
-grand prix
-enduro
-ms pac-man
-boxing
-defender

I had every game listed in these ads tho....atari was the s**t back in tha day...:)

Asteroids helped me get an answer correct in Science class.

Asteroids are made of:

a) frozen chemical compounds

b) rock, metals and sometimes carbon

So i thought....hmmm....that game Asteroids....I was blowing up rocks! ANSWER IS B! WOOHOO!

I never got an atari.  I had an Odyssey2

first system i played was the first nintendo. so I never got the privileged of playing an atari

I had a friend with coleco vision and another friend with intellivision.  I had the crappy odyssey....
