Shouldn\'t this be in main forum? Not that it matters :)

yea, netflix is pretty awesome. But after a while i just ended up watching most of my stuff on the computer and got the movies worth the big tv and speakers on blu ray. Just ended up getting too lazy to turn my console on when it\'d take 2 seconds to get on my computer

Isn\'t it compressed as all hell?  What are they doing with the audio?  Is it DD?

1080p video, Dolby 5.1 audio, not sure how compressed the audio is but it sounds just fine.

Edit: It should be noted not every streaming video is HD (most aren\'t).

I saw the Chris Farley SNL special via a friend\'s PS3 + Netflix setup. It was pretty compressed.. But if youtube can serve up streaming HD, Netflix should be able to too

Most of what I have watched so far looks good. Sound sounds good through my surround system. As noted above not everything is HD.Was fun to watch old AirWolf episodes. If I posted to wrong forum please move to correct forum. Sorry

If you can\'t tell it\'s compressed, what size tv are you viewing on might I ask?  How does it do with fast motion.  Television drives me crazy with what they get away with.  For example watch any entertainment magazine show and look at video from red carpets where photogs are using flashes.  Holy shit the picture goes all to hell.  Video doesn\'t look like that at the source.  99% of people don\'t really know what hd looks like.

55 in. samsung led. Older shows don\'t look as good as newer of course.
The ones that are supposed to be hd look good enough to me for streaming.
My download speed is around 9 mbs. I am also running wireless.
