pretty funny if you got taken down by activision. who duh thunk activision would be all over people even though stuff like that only drives up the hype of the game.

I\'ll be passing since theres too many games out right now, but thoughts? have a feeling MW2 will still be enough for my COD fix.

can\'t see how activision can punish the consumer, seeing as the legal respnsibilites regarding releasing stock lie with the retailer.

worst case scenario for the consumer should be that online play should not be accessible until the true release date, again, something the consumer has no control over.

As long as he bought it, activision and other retailers will be pissed at kmart or whereever he got it from early

still though, as you said, they bite the hands that feed them when they force gameplay vids off youtube before its released.

I played for about an hour last night.  It\'s friggen insane.  I watched a little bit of Logan playing campaign as well.  Top notch.
