I have to say, with the new pricedrop announced for the Vita and the looming PS4 (and not to mention the amount of connectivity and support the Vita is getting from the PS4), I am currently highly considering a Vita now. The icing on the cake is the announcement of Borderlands 2 (won\'t mind investing in it if I can keep my PS3 save and cross play between the two) and more so the Walking Dead. For 200 bucks, the bundle gives you a 3G/WiFi Vita, a memory card (even though its small and shitty) and a voucher for the game. Anyone else picking up the Vita?

Very excited to hear about BL2 as a crossplay title! I'm guessing I've covered less than 25% of BL2, so playing it on the Vita will be great.

What I haven't been able to find out is if your game saves can transfer over. Would be kind of a waste if they don't. What would also suck is if you have to be near your PS3 to access your save files. I want to play it on the road and when my girlfriend falls asleep. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess it would transfer. However, I'd probably create a new character on the Vita. If it's a true crossplay title, there really should be no reason the game saves couldn't transfer. From what I've read, I believe this is a TRUE crossplay. You should be able to play away from the PS3/4

I haven't gotten into any of the DLC stuff. To be honest, I'll probably wait to see what happens with the Vista situation before I get back into BL2
