Title: PS4 Purchase Price In Brazil will be the equivelent of $1,850 US Dollars

It seems a crazy price but apparently they have high taxes over there and I'm not sure I would get one if I lived there.

I don't speak portugese but I have a link here whick clearly shows a price of R $3999 which converts to $1850 US.

By contrast the Xbox One will be R $2,200 which is around $1000 US dollars. Still expensive but a hell of a lot cheaper than the PS4.

And I complain about the high taxes here in my state on cigarettes lol.

Who gives a shit?  I live in the states...  They shouldn't even offer the damn thing anywhere until everyone in the US who wants one, has one.  Then everyone else can get one.

with probably less than half the amount of $1,850, you can buy a high end pc that outperforms ps4.
