There were some cool details in an IGN playable preview of the game. The part that intrigued me was the guy qriting the article pointed his ship upward and just laid on the thrusters for about a minute and never reached the end of playing field, he then pointed his ship downward and could see the entire battle field below. It sounded pretty amazing

Does anyone know if they are encoding this game in surround sound, cause that would be the bomb

Post by: CygnusXI on December 14, 2000, 05:36:26 AM: What REALLY amazed me was this. The programmers said that the "mother ships" are sooooo huge that when you are dog-fighting in space, you can fly INSIDE the mother ships docking bay areas and fight on.

That\'s freakin\' huge!

And they need to make more Empire/Jedi era games... Episode I sucked... it\'s games suck (ONLY THREE SHIPS!!! AND ONE IS PROBABLY BEING PILOTED BY JAR JAR BINKS!) My rule for all sci-fi: cute=bad (ie ewoks, jar jar, little kids, etc..).

NEED MORE FPS\'s. Need a Star Trek:TOS FPS... that would be bad ass, anyone play Elite Force with the alternate dimension old trek venue... that was cool, stuff like that for PS2. Or a Star Wars FPS like Shadows of the Empire, that was pretty good.
