there\'s a line on your screen, that decreases everytime you place an object or a tile, the levels can be made quite big, at least big enough to make levels that take some time to explore, but if you include all the six levels of floors you can use, it is a bit small, but it\'s big enough to make some kick ass maps, that you could even get lost in if you make them complex enough

what\'s a ctf game, if you mean catch the flag or sumthin, in timesplitters it\'s called, catch the bag, you get to carry a bag instead of a flag, not that it\'s important, but just so you know

Yeah, you can make them pretty big but you can only place so many tiles and items down.  I usually use up all of my available space to make a map, but then when I actually go to play it it is huge and I realized I should\'ve made it smaller.  Great builder though and you can make giant levels easy.  Up to 7 floors high.  Just be warned that each floor can\'t be massive if you use all 7 because of limitations.  I know that that sounds kinda sucky but when you actually make the level you\'ll find that smaller levels are a little more fun

Speaking from experience, you don\'t have to make them very big to make them confusing. I\'ve made several and they appear much smaller when you\'re placing them on the grid. I usually get a bunch of it down and go to preview it and start thinking, dang, this is huge. Besides, if you want to make them lethal it\'s better to make them small. My friends and I created a level this week based on a downtown club in our city. We designated one room as the lobby which is where everyone starts (without weapons), and even put in a dance floor with pulsing and flickering lights (which makes the fighting even more confusing). It\'s one of our favorites even though it\'s not very large. As it is, the level editor makes this game a must-have and increases its replay value tons. I really hope they make a sequel to it (with more rooms and options for the level editor.)

can someone tell me how you can make a large room (I don\'t mean the standard one in the editor) without getting all these pillars in your way, which happens when you place the small tiles next to each other?

The only thing I can suggest is using the 4 big rooms at the bottom of the first tile page. You\'ll notice that they have edges that glow kinda green. When you place those edges together the rooms connect without walls between them. You can place several in a row and make a pretty large-size area. Of course, you\'ll have balconies above you, but that\'s a minor annoyance. Oh, and you can attach the rooms at different levels as well. When you do that the top level of one room can lead into the bottom of the next. That way you don\'t always have to have stairways to move up. (btw - When I made that club level we just used the small tiles. I think we made the only dance floor ever to have pillars placed throughout the entire area!:D)
