That\'s exactly why I won\'t be getting flight sims Sub, my dad would hog the damn machine and I couldn\'t play anything :p
And I don\'t like "real" flight sims that much. TIE-Fighter\'s where it\'s at!

That F-18 pic is gorgeous...i\'ll take it you can destroy some ground targets as seen with the missle launch.

The first two pictures make me think of Jane\'s WWII fighters. Something that would kick SERIOUS ass running on PS2 hardware, on broadband.

Looks cool, but does anyone know if there are any GOOD flight sims comming out that will let you fly an A-10?? I love those jets, but every game I\'ve played since A-10 Tank Killer portrays the Warthog as a flimsy, slow, and weak.
Don\'t these developers know that you really can\'t just throw a ground support aircraft into a game which has been tweaked for strike missions. The A-10 is increadibly tough, not only in taking damage (Some have been reported to fly home after having an engine or even an entire wing blown off), but in dishing it out. Their payload capacity is enormous, and the Avenger cannon is the most powerful machine gun ever mounted on an aircraft.. slowing the plane\'s flight speed down by 20-30 mph when fired!!
I just wish these developers would give the A-10 a little bit more respect. :(

That\'s true the A-10 is like a flying destroyer ...the cannon size explains why they have to shift the front landing gear to the sides.Do A-10 still on active service in the US?

I\'ve played the psx version...i got to say i love it but i don\'t like to do training stage by stage to unlock all aircraft.

Oh, Definately. They were a big part of the reason we had so little casualties in the Gulf War. (That and the fact that the Iraqi soldiers would surrender at the drop of a hat) I haven\'t seen any lately, because of the snow, but they still fly over my house on training missions regularly durring the summer.
Damn.. those things fly so low too, you can almost see the pilots. 200-300 feet is their cruising alt... anything over 500 and they\'d be picked up by radar.
