what happened to fred? his life was just one long endless bad news story.
-
very good question. i don't know either but hearing his story makes my life seem not as bad. assuming he is telling the truth about his life story. i like how you word it when you say "one long endless bad news story." that's a very accurate way to describe it.

He got flamed off the board. The topic I'm pretty sure is i n the hall of fame.
-
which hall of fame if you don't mind me asking. can you link it here? i would like to read it.

I think someone accused him of making up all his medical issues in order to get attention. I don't think he ever came back after that.
EDIT : I found one of his threads

i just read all 7 pages of that thread and some of the comments are hilarious. i didn't even remember i made a comment in there too, although not funny. after reading just a couple pages, i am convince fre4d4 is a liar. it sounds like he just made up all those fake tragic stories about him and his family maybe just to get attention like you guys said or pity from us or something.
But at least we get a good laugh reading some members' comments about fre4d4 in that thread. :D

I've always thought he was the real deal but I always figured he exaggerated to get pity from us. He did post pictures of himself a few times (though I guess he could have just as easily found someone's site online). Fred found us in 2005 and we didn't even have a main site at the time so I have no idea how he found the forum.
I dunno if you guys read the rules when I changed them a year or so ago, but I have a rule called the Fred rule. Inspired by him :)
i don't know either but hearing his story makes my life seem not as bad.
Haha. Paul, I missed this earlier. This is why I don't get depressed about life. As shitty as life can get, there's always some poor bastard that has it way worse than me.
