FSAA... does the ps2 have fsaa features? if they do, why aren\'t the games none jaggy
-
one more thing fsaa = Full Scene Anti Aliasing
-
Its the way you have to implement FSAA in PS2 games. The PS2 is radically different from the PC style graphics/cards.
Developers are learning as they go. Its also the reason most games on the PS2 are barely hitting 1 million to 5 million poly per second. Developers are climbing a steep learning curve.
For the record Tekken Tag Tournament uses FSAA

omg...then DOA2 can still be improved to look alot more better then... heheheh

Every single game out on the PS2 has barely tapped the PS2\'s potential. Even the games coming out this year will only be giving us a better idea of whats still to come.
the PS2 should be evolving for the life of the console

Who cares anymore...GT3 and MGS2 looks like light years ahead of anything on ANY platform. That\'s all that matters.

If Microsoft doesn\'t steal all the Ps2s developers... Remember last year! (they were trying to buy Japanese companies!)
Namco, Capcom, Konami, and Square. Microsoft tried to buy.

Any company serious about breaking into the console market would have done what Microsoft have done (and Sony did before them), that is, to approach all the key developers inorder to generate interest and support for your console. The claim that MS tried to buy or steal those japanese companies is nonsence.

nope, that\'s fact. Although it can do software aa but it doesn\'t look as good as games with fsaa.

Agreed! I remember Sony bought the rights for Resident Evil and Tomb Raider so that sequals could not appear on the Sega Saturn.

Sorry i didn\'t really make myself clear, i agree that Microsoft are simply generating interest for the console by approaching developers, it would be more unnatural and scary if they didn\'t, if they didn\'t it would be like they had a trick up their sleeve.
I think Microsoft may try to buy rights to games but i doubt they would buy rights to the whole company.
