since i couldn't find a separate you're dead theme for the snes super mario all stars super mario 1 so might as well post the snes sm all stars sm1 that has the hurry theme and game over theme included too.
i think the nes version probably hit a wider and higher key than the snes remastered version. i am not sure. while the snes version has a much better instrumentation, soothing, and pleasant sound. so overall, i prefer snes version much more.
