if I cant fid an answer to which one to buy, I guess I\'ll just get FIFA instead.
What do you guys think?
Some people say SSX is even better than Shenmue. Is that true? ( Gameplay )

SSX is a really good choice i dont think you will be dissappointed.

And because it\'s such an easy "pick up n\'play" game, it\'s understandably addictive.
Graphics are simply stunning!

both are great !! i really loved SSX but easy to finish and midnight is really fun too but also easy to finish

SSX is one of the best launch games. Fifa 2001...well, if you liked Fifa 2000 you\'ll love it, but for me it\'s one of the most piss-poor sports games I\'ve played in ages - nothing like REAL soccer. But, like I said, if you like arcade SACCER and liked Fifa 2000 go for it.

From what i\'ve read SSX and Midnight are both good, but the reviews for SSX have all been great, a lot of reviewers saying its the best snowboarding game to date with great gameplay.
Midnight on the other hand has recieved some poor comments as well.
Its funny as it happens I want both of them games and hope to get them both one day when i get my ps2, hopefully by this saturday. :)
So i would say play it safe and go for SSX since everyone seems to love it, pick Mightnight club up later.

Before i bought my first ps2 game, i rented TTT,DOA2,FIFA2001 and SSX(i knew these 4 games are all excellent) to see which one is more fun and will last longer and winner was.........SSX

i rented 4 also.
Smugglers Run, Tekken, Summoner, and Gameday 2001
I really loved Smugglers run, tekken was okay, but got boring quick, summoner was dissapointing, and gameday just sucked

I bought Midnight Club on sale (familywonder.com for $25) but I haven\'t opened it yet because I heard that there were originally 3 cities to drive in (New York, London & Tokyo) but to make launch they dumped the Tokyo city they had started... and might re-release with Tokyo... so if I buy now I\'ll feel cheated, like I\'m only getting 2/3rds of a game.
Of couse with an SSX:Special Edition coming out for another console, I feel cheated with this one as well... but I\'ve already finished SSX (well, 2 riders still need golds, not silvers in Tokyo Megaplex race). It was a great game, but I finished too soon.

SSX, buy it and enjoy sure!!
