Check out this great review/preview over at Gamers.com. It looks like they had a visit from a Sony rep who brought the latest demo version of GT3. I thought it was very cool. :D

Among some of the highlights (IMHO) were:
"After spending some time with GT3, it soon became apparent that this was no ordinary game -- this will be THE killer app..."
"The likeliness between driving the car in real life and driving it in GT3 was absolutely uncanny. It\'s the first time in a game where I actually "felt" the rush and pull of acceleration in a racing game... Let\'s just say this again -- the controls in GT3 are perfect. What, are you surprised?"
There\'s also a nice truckload of screen shots available to check out, if that\'s the kind of thing that turns you on. :)

You got that right! I can hardly wait.
One nice thing about Sony setting the release date in March--Polyphony Digital will a lot of extra time to make some finishing touches on the game. For once we might see a game that WASN\'T rushed out the developer\'s door!! Woohoo! :D

I\'m a hardcore racing fan and this game looks frigging amazing

The cars you see in-game have also been given a considerable facelift. Gone are the days of ridiculous (and overdone) chrome mapping; Polyphony Digital has implemented real time reflections for car surfaces in GT3. This means that trees, tunnel lights, nearby vehicles, clouds and vehicles can reflect off your car as you speed by. From what we witnessed yesterday, these reflections give the cars new depth and believability. Also added to the latest build of GT3 is a useful rearview mirror that sits unobtrusively at the center top part of the screen. The detail shown in the rearview mirror is crystal clear and doesn\'t look to slowdown the smooth 60 fps pace of action.
The BullSh!t thing about GT3 having fake reflection is no longer a fanboy excuse.IT INDEED HAS TRUE REFLECTIONS!!:)

I can second that unicron, iv\'e seen a recent build on the PSM magazine DVD. It looks Awesome :0)
