what can i use to clean or polish game discs or dvds

use a soft COTTON cloth, and no chemicals

There are these devices called Skip Doctor and Game Doctor (they\'re both the same) that grinds the scratches and re-buffers the CD. It works great. Get it if you scratch a lot of ****.
