That was a great game. It was the first game I watched from start to finish the whole year, and it was worth it. I\'m not a Pens fan and I still enjoyed it.

Hey mm, doesn\'t it piss you off that Mario and Jagr got all of the attention from that game?  I didn\'t see ONE replay of Kovalev\'s sweet ass game breaking goal and I watched every newscap of the game afterwards... hell even Barry didn\'t say anything about it and he\'s normally quick to point out rad skill like that.

bah, the hockey world revolves around "mario" now.  in fact, the whole city here has "mario fever".  ill actually be dissapointed if the pens win the cup again this year.

Well, I\'m all for watching Mario play, but that doesn\'t mean I\'ll be ignoring the other killer players on the ice.  I hope that the excess of Mario attention doesn\'t deject any of the team\'s other great talents and cause resentment.

i watched the tape of have of the game, and that goal from kovalev was pheonominal.  he had about a 6 inch opening above goalie\'s shoulder.  what a shot

That was a hell of a shot. Perfect placement. I don\'t have to much to cheer about these days, since I am a Blackhawks fan. (I was born just outside of Chicago). Actually the Cubs, Bulls, Bears, and Hawks all suck this year, so I have nothing to cheer for. Oh well, my day will come.

GRRRRRRRR, i was watching the tape again, and noticed something

after kovalev wristed it in, the cameraman continued to follow mario as he skated away back to bench.  they TOTALLY ignored kovalev.  wtf is that?  the man might be the greatest that ever lived, and he brought us 2 cups in 92 and 93, but enough is enough
