Does Game shark work with ps2?Is the game shark for ps2 out yet? Also does the new gameshark work with the ps1 games?and finally how much is the new game shark if it is out yet?

The PS2 will need a GS2(Gameshark 2). EBWorld has the GS2 coming out on 1-11-01.
The GS2 will support PSX games on the PS2. But... It is in CDX format. No hacking like with the GSPro. You may be able to use a PC to hack, but that\'s not too likely.
Another device is the CodeBreaker by Pelican Accesories. EBWorld has this one coming out in March.
According to the Pelican website, it can:
1. Use Gameshark codes.
2. Allow you to "create" your own codes.
This may be the one to wait for, but Pelican is being super tight lipped on any info.

Cool info Cygnus but what i\'d like to know is will there be any software out there to enable us over here in the UK
to play imported games? i\'m not bothered about copied stuff because i am not interested in the slightest i just want
to be able to play some imports on my PS2.
Thanx

I\'m sure there will be, but probably not till late this year.
I would never open and hardwire one of those chips on my new PS2. If they make a USB or IEEE hardware device though, that would work for me:)
I like to get imports once in a while too.:)
