I\'m getting pretty sick of all these blurry texture, what do ya think the chance is of that problem being solved anytime soon? Will we always be stuck with them?
I\'m hoping once developers learn to use the band width to get that extra amount of texture data we\'ll start to see cleaner crisper textures. Right now I think that\'s what is keeping it behind graphicly.

you mean on yer N64? yeah, they really abused bilinear filtering like a champ on all non-in house games.

I just play the games and don\'t stare at the texture quality... SSX looks just great as it is :)

Well, as devs get better with the EE they will be able to push up the poly level to the point where the textures may not be as noticable (cars in GT3) or even implement software texture compression which should solve that issue.

I agree with Hawke. You really can\'t notice how blurry the textures are when you\'re playing at full adrealine.
And Rayman Rev. It has really georgeous textures!

iv\'e just finished Rayman Revolution and yep the textures are pretty cool. a friend of mine commented on how cartoonie
the game looks. all in all i enjoyed playing it and still have lots of lums to collect.

@ mm... *looooool*

yea i never even really noyice bad textures becuase when you play most games its the last thing i look at. For me it is all about if the game is decent frame rate - can\'t stnad it when the game will pause like slow motion.
But i haven\'t really noticed either on PS2
