Title: Really, what\'s wrong with Summoner?

I am planning to buy Summoner when it launches here in EU.
I have read 3-4 reviews, and like Dailyradar gave it a HIT (compared to The Bouncers MISS), ign gave it 8.3 or something and one other site gave it 8.8 (of ten).

I like when you have to solve puzzles by reading, and the combat-system looks good.


So tell me, what\'s really wrong with it?

I rented it for 5 days and finished it. I liked it alot, think it averages 25 hours of gameplay. It wasn\'t very hard and there are only 2 or 3 puzzles in it tho I wouldn\'t really call them puzzles (too easy). When I finished the game it was like my characters were just getting warmed up and ready for action.

its an alright game, it has its bugs, but a great story and still fun.

Took me over 35 hours, but it depends on the amount of sidequest

Man... That sucks... I hate bugs, \'cause they were alot in a great game called "Omikron", and they destroyed the hole game (that otherwise was quite good).

Are they so bad that you go:
"AAHHHHH! ! ! ! ! FAAAAAAAAAAAAACKKK!!! I WILL BREAK THIS &%&%¤/¤&&%¤%&&¤ GAME!!!! ***CRAAAACK***"

\'Cause that is what happened to my Omikron (really, trust me, that is what happened)...

The only bugs that I have read reported was:
an occasionally lock-up
drawing problems


Did the lock-up happen often to you guys?

Oh no no no no... This can\'t be happening...

I am getting really tired of TTT and RRV, so thats why I hoped for this game...

Some say it\'s good, other say it\'s crap...

If you really need a PS2 RPG right now, then Summoner is your best bet.

I really need a RPG right now, and I would have wanted FFVII, but there is the extra mem card issue, and will it be the same playing it now as it was then?
I don\'t dare to take a chance destroying the memories I have of FFVII, so it looks like Summoner is my next deal then...

Is the game very hard.

Im no die hard RPG Player, and the only reason ill be playing it is cause I won it in a Comp.

Pal release is in a few days :)
