What does the ability Magic Elem Null do?  What does it mean by nullify the element????

I\'d have to assume that it means when you\'re hit with an elemental spell (thunder, ice/blizzard, fire/fira..) you take no damage.

No, I think it means that when attacking with a spell, it ignores the enemy\'s strength/weakness against it.
For example, if you have the ability on, and have Vivi use a Fire spell against someone who is strong against fire, then they\'ll take the same amount of damage as if they weren\'t, because their elemental defense was "nullified."

"Nullifies magic element" is what the strategy guide says.  Take this in a literal sense and I\'d say I\'m right.

ok, it\'s equipped now, nothing great had happened, he gets hit with magic all the time and still it hurts him it does. what now?
