Acclaim is bringing in the mother-load to a PS2 near you.

According to IGNPS2, Acclaim intends on moving in their famed Nintendo 64 moneymakers such as Turok: the Dinosaur Hunter 4 and NFL Quarterback Club 2002 for the PS2 game console. First we saw the Sega fans losing their tempers about the recent loss of Soul Calibur exclusivity and now we see Nintendo fans about to go postal. As for us PS2 fans, we just have a big smile on our jovial faces. Acclaim also mentioned about giving gaming editors a sneak peak at their PS2 line-up at their All Star Baseball 2002 event that will take place on January 10th in Austin, Texas. More facts will be uncovered as Acclaim exposes their PS2 plans at their gaming event.

Soul Calibur from DC is fun
But Turok from N64...i dont think it will be a major hit on PS2.......Turok series is not that good...the gameplay is a bit lame in my opinion ... but who knows PS2 version might be good..... :bounce:

It was impressive on Ninetendo when it first came out...But that was long time ago.... Why can\'t game developers come up with new stuff...?? Do we really need 8 releases of the same game...???
I just like to see new ideas and inventivness...

yeah... really I think companyes must do new games and new ideas... but all PS2 users will can enjoy this game if they don´t buy N64. (and others games, who denied a Soul Calibur for PS2? ) ;)

Turok was just bad...
But Turok 2 was bad ass...
I didn\'t know there was a Turok 3... of course I sold my N64 a long time ago.

yea yea and the sony fans dropped there jaws when they heard mgs2 and oddworld were going xbox.like sega fans really give a **** about a year old game going to dps2. mabye if soul caliber 2 doesn\'t come to dc then they be pissed.
dumbass article. acclaim has always been multi platform. The last to qb clubs have sucked> bring back the snes version where you could throw footballs at targets and run obsticle courses.

The most recent talk of the town indicates that Soul Calibur 2 (or whatever it\'ll be called) will be an exclusive to the PS2. Soul Calibur was never planned for the Playstation2.

I love the Turok series. I play PC games as well as console and Turok always had the best weapons I have ever seen in a FPS. Very cool effects and sound as well. I\'m glad it will be on more than 1 console, hopefully many.
In fact check out my Turok 1 tribute .mpg on my site (click below). :) It really shows what the game can do, but it doesn\'t showcase many of the power weapons as I hoped (mainly due to time constraints).
