That\'s indeed great news for PlayStation 2 owners! I have only tried Virtua Fighter once though a long time ago - in the arcades. But it seemed pretty good, so I wouldn\'t mind a VF4 on PlayStation 2. But \'PS2 exclusive\' - does that mean it won\'t be on DC? That would be pretty crappy of SEGA if true (but I don\'t know if it is).

Sega has always not put games on hardware that cannot handle it. VF4 will greatly exceed anything on DCand yes, even PS2 at this moment. DC is dying, and this time, it is actually not Sega\'s fault. I guess they DID try and innovate and not sequelize to make money. Cause we all now that this is what this business will come to... who can sequelize the fastest.

With the news that Sega is bringing VF4 to the PS2, they have stated that of course the arcade version, based on the Naomi 2 board, will come first, with its first scheduled appearance to take place at the AOU 2001 Amusement Expo this February 24th...

those pics are cgi, but vf4 will be ok, vfx will be the one to get!
I dont really care about vf4 or vfx, all I want is tekken 4 and sc2

Hopefully it will take advantage of the PS2 hardware and be more impressive then 3 was. I personally think VF2 was a better game then 3TB.

Following the recent announcement that Virtua Fighter 4 would appear on PS2, Sega has released images indicating the quality of the in-game models that will grace the arcade version, powered by Naomi 2. Understandably, AM2 appears keen to emphasise the coin-op roots of its title.

I doubt a bit that the PS2 version can do that... but, we\'ll see how close they can get :)

That is a lie sega said they have made no decision to make VF4 a ps2 only. IGN is full of BS. Just like cvg about mgs2. Just bull and until sega give a press release on this all is just nothing but bull sh...t I only like one vf anyways only good one was VF2 so I guess I could care less if it is on ps2 or xbox.

mmm...Yu Suzuki said that by now VF4 is exclusive for PS2 and no one word about an X-Box or GC version...so...what\'s your point? ...and MGS2? It\'s a PS2 exclusive:D ...MGSX is a hybrid version...Hideo Kojima\'s words...

You show me a press link where he said this and not on some ign site and I will believe. Sega official web site does not say this so I will wait and see.
