well actually small lady it\'s latin, I\'ll try to explain, it\'s not really funny or anything though.........
damn it\'s hard to say it the right way, I\'m gonna say it literally, in real it sounds much more catchy:
what\'s allowed for juppiter to do, still isn\'t allowed for a bull to do.
which means something like, what important powerfull people can do, a loser (or at least someone less important) can\'t.

well at least something like that.
