Title: Who wants this "game" to come to the US/EU??

It\'s called Basic Studio, by ArtDink. You can make any kind of game/demo your little heart desires. Look at the pix:) Rpg-Fighting, split screen, Adventure.

Please bring this one over. I can finally make that Rpg/driving hybrid..hehe.

I always have loved making games with easy game-creators ( well, games factory; what a cr4ppy program but I liked it nonetheless :) ), and this surely is looking very GREAT..

Please bring it over, so I can spend the summernights making my own RPG ( if I\'m not with my friends that is )

I would love to see what people could make with this, could we be talking NetYaroze quality games? (remember that it used C or some iteration of that language, fair bit more complex)

Post by: unknown on February 06, 2001, 01:20:31 PM: man i found out about this game like a month ago, it looks ok and it says you nee some type of experience programing stuff to use it, it kinda hard to use, it will cost 80 dollars in the us, and they are going tosell it in the us, so uk maybe youll get your hands on it 2, i read it on ign or planet ps2, i cant remember but i swear im not fibbing

that look like an interesting and time consuming game - thats the only problem - it will take me forever since i never have time to play games

Post by: SonyFan on February 06, 2001, 11:58:13 PM: Hell yeah I\'d use it. As long as the documentation and interface is userfriendly, I don\'t see any reason why I wouldn\'t get it. I\'ve been wanting to create my own adventure games for awhile now, but AGC is crap and SCIstudio isn\'t completed yet (Not to mention that it\'s just a reverse engineered version of what Sierra was using over 8 years ago). I\'d have some hella fun making new games and doing remakes of some of my old favorites. Imagine playing Leisure Suit Larry 1 or Sam & Max in full 3D... Ohhhh yeah..

Sure I\'ll probably get sued, but what the hell.. it\'ll be fun. :)
