Post by: Solid Snake 88 on February 06, 2001, 08:10:07 PM: I am really getting sick of all these people saying they are going to leave. I do not see anything wrong with the forum. ddaryl, mm, SoulGrind, Bjorn, and Aaron do a tremendous job. This whole XBox this will eventually blow over, just like the GC thing did. Its true that ever since the forum came back online it has been in some disorder, but that is only because some of the admins are away trying to fix this whole server thing, leaving ddaryl and Aaron to fend off a pack of rabid fanboys. And already I can see the signs of order and peace coming back to the board. Chrono and Vivi, two of our best members have already said they were gonna leave, and so has Aires. C\'mon people! Calm down! Ignore the fanboys! Don\'t worry, be happy!

Just go to off-topic and read the "I\'m going to disappear and appear again!!!" thread. You can read all about it there ;)

I surely hope those who say are leaving just are kidding. This is so nice forum I just couldn\'t leave. But if everyone leaves...

So what the hell happened here? After all this board has been through, I\'d think a little fanboy attack would be the last thing to drive people away.

Post by: Bjorn on February 07, 2001, 12:46:23 AM: People come and leave all the time, but most people don\'t post about it. When people post about it they create a snowball effect. I have been running forums for years and "goodbye" posts always stirr the whole board up.

People are always gonna come and leave. I have seen thousands of people passing through my different forums.
That\'s they way it is and always have been.
