I just picked up atv and it kiks @ss. The graphics are great and the control is super tight. The enduro courses are as big if not bigger than the levels in smugglers run. Oh yeah and their is a track editor that you can use to alter the waypoints on the enduro courses. The control is sweet, l2 looks back and r2 is the thrill cam, which gives you a scenic look at your stunts while in mid air. So far i have only played it for about 20 minutes, but it is one of the best ps2 titles to date.
The sound, albeit old school alternative is very fitting and jerry was a race car driver will always be a cool vid game song. Oh yeah on surround sound i can hear the other bikes coming up behind me too. What else.. ?? There are 20, yes 20 different courses ranging from endure to supercross. All you have to do to ride a wheelie is pull back and you can adjust your pitch in the air. Also when at the base of a jump you can pre-load your suspension and then by pushing foward on the analog stick you get major air. the game is a mix of realism and stuff that would kill an ordinary human ala ssx. I will try to post more as i play and find out other things

I just got back from EB with my copy. I\'m still at work though so I won\'t get to play till later.
Isn\'t the manual Niiiiice:) Are the screens as good looking as in the manual?

Anyhow the manual is sweet. You can tell they put alot of effort into making it a great game and yes the game looks as good as the screens. You just have to fool with the camera angles to get the cinematic view alot of the screens show. All you have to do is hit select and the camera changes on the fly. You can also pause and select what song you want to fly to :D
I can\'t wait to get better and try the track editor.
You drive around and hit a certain button to make a checkpoint. It isnt that deep but with the size of the environments you can make a seriously difficult tracks , with big huge air!!!

i need thois game really bad i made a point to get it the day it came out but the tiny eb where i live wont have it till tomarrow or later this week it sucks i will have it by friday if i have to go 100 miles

You could\'ve just orsered it off the net and had it delivered already and saved on gas cash, and a 100 mile drive

i got it finally at a walmart a couple miles from me they were just putting them out when i went toward the game goit the first copy in the store hehe
the game is great enough said

well i guess there is another great game out for the PS2 now or at least according to you guys.
Looks like i will have to take tri pto Blockbuster and have a go round my self.

Enter freestyle in practice mode. Keep driving in one direction until you hit the edge of the world....Something very funny happens..hehe:)

i got it yestersay and it does kick aRS oh and ialso know what happenswhen you drive ot the end of the map hehehe

when you hit the edge of the world you get launched almost like out of a canon if anybody has play motocross madness or motocross madness 2 it happens in those games also
try this
look at the bike from the side pop a wheelie and push up quickly it actually bunny hops
which if you are a good rider actually does happen hehe
