Title: Am I the only one who got his demo disc?
Post by: Ratlad on February 07, 2001, 07:39:31 PM: Sorry if this topic has already been discussed, but I haven\'t been here in several days and I don\'t have time to search too far back. Anyway, I finally got the long-awaited demo disc from Sony yesterday. On the bad side, it pretty much only has games that are already out(like AC2 and Smuggler\'s Run). On the good side, it also has a preview trailer for the Final Fantasy movie. That was quite a surprise. So has anyone else received it yet? What did you think? I thought the preview was pretty sweet. Can\'t wait to see the movie.

its not the best disc but its decent i cant complain
i play mostly onle dynasty warriors 2 on it though

did you say smugglers run was on it?
smugglers run is not on the disc i recieved but the FF movie is

This is bad from Sony. First they made you wait and then posted a crappy cd wich could\'ve been only good at launch.

That is the EURO demo disc. Use Americans got totally f**ked over by Sony. We had to mail off for it and wait this long to get an out-dated demo disc.

Post by: Ratlad on February 08, 2001, 08:44:10 PM: Well, went home this morning and checked it out a little more. It\'s okay, but not much use now. Oh, and it didn\'t have Smuggler\'s Run on it, it had Wild Wild Racing(didn\'t have the disc with me when I started the thread.) If the FF trailer wasn\'t on it I\'d probably just give it to someone who doesn\'t have a PS2 yet, so once they got it they could see what they might like. Other than that it\'s not really anything special. Oh, well. At least it was free.
