Do you ever long to create yourself in a wrestling game, and no, I don\'t mean a cheap CAW face that looks nothing like you, I mean YOU! Yes, you. Well, for the first time ever in a wrestling game that is being done! Yes, thanks to Sony and the DigiMask system you will be able to play yourself in a wrestling game!

The following information comes right from DigiMask itself:

"Digamies are pleased to announce that one of the first video games using the Digimask technology will be the next WWF game by THQ. Not only will the Digimask technology be used to generate the heads of the actual wrestlers in the game, but YOU (the player) will be able to use your own Digimask (face scan) as you compete against the wrestlers of your choice! This WWF
game will be released on PlayStation 2 and PC sometime in 2001"

What does that mean? Basically, you take a picture of yourself and plug it in and BOOM! You got your self ready to build in the CAW mode. This will also be done for the actual wrestlers in the game as well, so your face will be the same quality as Triple H\'s in the game.

I could take a picture of someone I don\'t like then enjoy beating them up in a game...

I could take a picture of my ass and that would look really funny! Imagine,four wrestlers with asses as their faces! Ha! :laughing:

...Sometimes I get carried away with my ideas.Sometimes I lose my mind when I\'m posting... Sometimes I wet my bed... I\'ll stop freaking everyone out now.:D

Ok then Jumper. You do that. But how exactly are you going to get a picture of my face if you don\'t know me or where I live?

Well that does sound like a pretty cool feature - if i am not wrong aren\'t they implementing that feature into hot shot golf 2 - i think i remembered seeing that - but this in a wrestling game would alot cooler

Post by: Darth Joyda on February 10, 2001, 02:44:54 AM: That\'s interesting. I\'m going to get the game if the gameplay is good anyways, as I\'m a fan of boxing. Probaply because I hobby the sport myself, and find it very good way to release anger and hate from your body and mind.

I\'d get myself smacked in the game. Jose vs. Mike Tyson! Whom would win? a 50 kg guy with only 3 months of boxing experience, or heavyweight champion with fists of iron and steel? :)

Oh and I\'d love to play with old classics like Rocky Marciano or Muhammed Ali. but I\'d beat up Prince Nazeem easily :)
