Title: when i was young , oh yes that\'s a scary though !
Post by: ooseven on February 15, 2001, 03:28:24 PM: is it just me or did thing tast better when you where young.
also here are somethings that i think suck being out in the real world.

infact it just plain sucks , i want to go back to a care free day with out the pressures of modern life, here take my credit cards, my car, me independence of me.
i want to like in my very own Utopia !

1) living with your foaks is a no no in some books( if your over 30 then what who are you Mr bates ? MOTHER !).
2) having to pay bills :(.
3) owning a car and being able to drive, cos then your the designated driver :(.
4) you can\'t order a happy meal with out them laughing at you.
5) you pay more to see a movie :(.
6) having to vote, as if that makes a diffrence !
7) you can be called to serve in the armed forces
8) running around with a light saber , HAS lost some of it\'s appeal !
9) just knowing all of the star wars quotes won\'t get you a cool job :(.
10) the end to the hordes of christmas presents
11) people stop buying you cool stuff, and you just get socks :(.
12) you start to lose some of your hair.
13) Beer Bellys are not as fun as you though they might me :(
14) Women think twice at you when, they see that you can fart the simpsons theme
15) Oh there are realy cool toys now :(.
16) you can\'t just run up a massive bill and blame it one a brother or sister.
17) doing your own washing and ironing :(.
18) People don\'t automaticaly say sir with wout saying "your causing a scene !"
19) you can just get your mon to write you a note, saying that you will be to ill for work
20) no more endless days of , sitting in your underware watching WWF and eating toast :(.

All these things you waited for when you was young (like driving) turn out to be tedious and annoying. Then you deal with relationships, bills and all this stuff just to realize life sucks even more.

Someone get me a de-ager and take me back to the good ole\' days of being 5 years old. Now that was a good time in life.

True my brother. True. But look at the bright side. Toys are now being marketed towards "older" people also. Like the Halloween/Nightmare on elm street action figures. Or even the new MGS2 toys.

Then we always have the internet and the great Ebay.com to use for those toys we are too embarrassed to buy in person.

such as games and collector\'s toys like most of Mc Farlenes - he really does pay attention to detail

Those Japanese Spawns are cool - they are all mechanincal looking

yea i wish i was young and had no wories or responsiblites

those were the days when i could just go around and say whatever and do whatever - ahhh memories

yea when i watch tv thats the channel i watch

i love dexter\'s lab too
that and the toonami midnight run and also Scooby Doo - that is my nick name at work

plus scooby doo just rules regardless

but i wanna watch shows like He Man and GI Joes - they ruled when i was growing up

2) say Teletubbies is kinda good after all
3) tell that I am a pokemon-addict
4) tell that I still watch disney-cartoons
5) still love playing with turtles

And I do get faces from ppl if I just run outside and shout: "Oh no! The boogeys are coming! Run! Run! They\'re right behind me!"

Ppl would think I\'m crazy, but seven years ago they\'d just have thought I\'m playing a game.

the only thing they had going for them was the cool toys and... Amy Jo Johnson - mmmmmm - she was hot - the first Pink Ranger thats now on felicity

yea what i hated about the power rangers is that it is the same thing each episode

monster somes to terrorize city - it grows - Ranger form and try to fight it - they can\'t but they find a weakness and out comes the one hit KO sword

i never understood how that was entertaining
