Title: I bought PSM2 and the unfortunately THE DVD DOESNT WORK!!
Post by: Unicron! on February 18, 2001, 10:54:12 AM: I bought PSM2 today and I went at home satisfied that I was going to see the awesome footage.
I put the DVD in my PC\'s DVD rom drive and voila....NOTHING HAPPENED!!It doesnt even read the disk:MAD::rpissed:
I checked for scratches or dirt but it is clean

Its also strange that the previous PSM2\'s DVD worked fine.I checked the previous one again but it playied well.Then again I put the new one and voila.....STILL NOTHING HAPPENED!!

Has anyone else been having the same problem?Or could someone help me?

but it doesn\'t really matter, cuz the footage on that dvd isn\'t very god, as was the footage on the previous disc, some of it is old and the stuff that isn\'t old sucks.

Anyways I bought the Mag for the DVD.And I am so disapointed:(

The new GT3 footage on there is absolutely jaw droping. Here you will find some rare Rally mode footage. Amazing!
Simply stunning. This game is totally exceeding my expectations in every way.

DAMN I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT HOW TO MAKE THE DAMN THING TO WORK!OR WHY THE HELL IT DOESNT PLAY!!sorry for the caps.
GRRR I cant find the damn PSW mag in Cyprus!DAMN!!And I have a Maths test tomorrow right after gymnastics.Nothings going well for me!!

Post by: §ôµÏG®ïñD on February 18, 2001, 03:37:09 PM: Liston man.. The DVD is properly ONLY for the PS2 SYSTEM. You can\'t run it on ANY OTHER dvd player. Its for teh PS2. Its coded for the PS2.. Its a PS2 DVD.

But i could be wrong.

This can sometimes cause problems.

Post by: Unicron! on February 19, 2001, 04:54:03 AM: NNope the DVD is compatible with PS2 hardware DVD players and DVD-roms.Itb says that at the back of the DVD case.
Its not that the DVD player doesnt play the disk.Its not even readable by the DVD-rom.

Post by: Unicron! on February 19, 2001, 12:58:45 PM: It was the last mag on the shelves and I should have brought it before.Even if I brought it I dont think they would change it.Its a new UK mag and it doesnt belong in Cyprus.So it\'s in limtited quantities in Cyprus.

But anyways thenks for the idea.I ll try change it.

Post by: on February 19, 2001, 01:49:40 PM: Normally you can just return it to the store. But if you can not there is normally an adress that you can send it back to. Normally it does not take much time for a new disk to be delivered to you!

i had this problem too , i tryed it in my Toshiba DVD player and it said Disk Error, you need to used in in a PS2 (tryed it in my mates and it works fine).
