Last Friday a couple of thousand PS2 arrived too Sweden, I saw 10-20 PS2 in each store. Today I saw that there was still alot of PS2 left in the stores, maybe the PS2 arent selling to good right now, How is it in UK, france a.s.o?

I don\'t know about shipments but the situation is pretty drab here too. All the highstreet shops have them and the game shelves are packed too, not one game has sold out. I wouldn\'t take it as a bad sign though.

Well at some point it had to stop selling out.  That is only natural.  Plus it is not the holiday season so the younger people who want one simply might not have the means to do so right now.

sales are definetly gonna slow plus production is pumping them out

Not to mention European PS2\'s are much more expensive in comparison to US which means slower sales as well

Where I work part time when we get them in we call people that have had reservations for some time and they do not respond. Our sony rep makes us sell them within 48 hours or we dont get any more.

I have yet to see one on a shelf..  Any of you in the states seeing them on the shelves?  Maybe it\'s just because I\'m not looking as much, but I definitely have not seen one.

Where I live in America(Midwest) I still am not seeing any on the shelves. In fact I went to Best Buy early this morning cause one of my classes was cancelled and I had nothing else to do. Well, there were 2 people waiting there at 9:30 waiting to see if they had any ps2\'s. I couldnt believe it. Its March now right?

yeah your right, if you talk to the sales people they will tell you that they are just empty boxes.

What do think Bossieman, the stores in the UK are stupid and just leave 20 or so PS2 right at the shop window for people to steel ?

let me tell you i should know i ahave already though about it .

Wow, kirath.. You actually know! LOL! It is actually a U.S. territory.  The actual base is called "Andersen Air Force Base." Yeah, imagine a mini New York but with beaches, coconut trees, and summer year round... That\'s Guam! :fro:
Title: TRU in Richmond, VA (Regency Mall)
Post by: w1ngman on March 02, 2001, 07:28:44 PM
My local TRU keeps getting a stream of them in, but has yet to stock the shelves.  They still keep the magnificent blue boxes in a cage in the center of the showroom floor...but its nice to know more are becoming available for gamers!!!

Just purchased ATV Off Road tonight.  Barely a purchase using one of my $40 Geoffrey Dollars (I LOVE buying PS2 games for $10 bux and change!!!)
