it has been stopped due to no publisher . so sonyweb says

Yep both PC and PS2 versions are cancelled because no publisher stepped up


Obviously the game must not have been that great if no publisher took interest, kind of a shame cause it looked interesting, but no gameplay shots or movies were ever released
