Title: Lord of the Rings

Do you belive that the "Lord of the Rings" will come to the PS2, since they are making a new movie about it?

Sierra is currently making "Middle Earth", a game set around (or durring) the lord of the Rings trilogy. It\'s been in development since 1998, but has been suspended for a time due to the upcomming movies release and may even have been sold to european developers Codemasters. Check Sierra\'s website for further information. No word yet on weither a PS2, or any console, translation is in the works.

God, yes, I remember the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings.  I think that I read through the entire series in about 2 or 3 months when I was younger...I absoulutely can not wait for the movie to come out.  It boggles the mind that a film translation hasn\'t been tried sooner...Tolkien just created such a believable fantasy world, it\'s perfect for movies and video games.  I\'m prepared to be disappointed a little in the movie, as movies hardly ever compare favorably to books.  Did you read the books, rog27?

I remember the last Lord of the Rings game I played.
IT WAS TERRIBLE!
Hopefully if they do it agan, this one wont be.
