Does any one know when Sony will be releasing more PS 2 in the U.S.? I heard that by the end of March there will be more of them to meet the huge demand for this state-of-the-art console that Sony launched, but I really doubted.
If someone knows, pliz let me know...I\'m one of many individuals who hasn\'t gotten one yet.

Well i heard that they have sorted there chipsets out and production has moved up,but it will take a while to get as amny out as Sony want. so i think that you will see a few more PS2 comming out really soon.
Let us know when you get your PS2, and what games u want,i would wait until later into this month to get your PS2,because all the GOOD games will be out.

they should be already filling stores, my work is getting like 30 ps2 every 2 weeks now, and so is best buy, you should be able to get one soon

yeah im sure the production rates will increase, sony wants to relaunch their system, and i think that will be one of the only ways to get them back on track.
they most definitely will have them on the shelves very soon, my best buy store gets them only on thursdays, call youre local best buy and ask them when they get their shipments once you find out, call them about 2 times on that day a week, and if they have one, tell them to hold it for you. or go to amazon.com, thats where i went, sat there for 3 hours clicking the refresh button every 5 seconds trying to get me one, and i did.
try those 2 things and im sure that youll get one,

I have seen a couple PS2s in stores. Mostly you should be able to find one. When I did call around for the heck of it asking for a PS2 when I already had one most stores like Best Buy said sometime in March is when they will receive their next big shipment. So expect to see several in store sometime this month. Its still early in the month.

no one knows when PS2s will be hitting stores..the ONLY people that know are SONY themselves and maybe UPS guys that deliver it..stores know when they got the PS2 is when they get the shipment that day..but my store has been getting them..we had about 60 last week..and NO !! i dont know when ill be getting more..and NO !! we are not taking pre-orders ;)
