Title: Saving Playstation Games

I just bought a playstation 2 and am trying to save within a playstation game. When I try to save it says there is no memory card in slot 1. Do I have to purchase a memory card for the playstation or can I save on the playstation 2 memory card.

You need a PSX memory card for PSX games.

You need a PS2 memory card for PS2 games.
