Title: Virtua Fighter 4 on PS2 in 2001?

AM2 seems to be aiming for a 2001 release for the PlayStation 2 version of Virtua Fighter 4 despite the rumors of a wait until 2002. An AM2 spokeman said, "Ideally we\'re looking at a summer release in arcades, and sometime later this fall on the PlayStation 2. We\'re at a stage in development now where I know we\'ll have something playable this summer, albeit in public or at several private shows."

So...Virtua Fighter 4 and Tekken 4 later this fall ? :D

That would be cool, although I would hate to see it
being rushed.
Now I know it has been in developement from scratch
for Ps2 for a while now but in this 128bit era it\'s maybe
better to give it some more time ( a late 2001 or early 2002 release ) .

NIce! :) T4, vf4, sc2 another sf game. This is going to be a great year for fighting games!!;)
