This goes for the PSx2 , the X-baux part , and the Nintendo part of Daily Radar. They are really publishing some crappy articles in all parts of their web page. I just wanted to say that..
***************************************
Now the article that made me laugh, cry, and hold my co-worker is this. Actually just kidding. But I thought you guys might get a kick out of this article.
Daily Radar has learned that British developers Bizarre Creations will not be showing the highly-regarded Metropolis Street Racer at next week\'s Gamestock conference in Seattle. Instead, the developers are working on a very similar game with a street racing theme. Details are sketchy right now, but the game supposedly features the same three cities as MSR (Tokyo, San Francisco, and London) and introduces New York into the mix. Early reports indicate that the game is absolutely stunning, even eclipsing Sony\'s upcoming Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec.
Sega currently owns the rights to the Metropolis Street Racer license, so it should come as no surprise that Bizarre Creations would develop a similar but different title. Most of the features found in MSR are said to be in the new game as well, including day/night settings that correspond to the internal clock of the console, a points-based system, and dozens of real cars from real manufacturers.
There is no word, however, on what sort of online play the Xbox game will have. MSR for the Dreamcast only features "ghost cars," where gamers race against the best time of other players. The Xbox could support a more robust online experience, however Microsoft\'s online strategy is still being hammered out. Stay tuned to Daily Radar for the full report from Gamestock next Tuesday

What a bunch of idiots. GT3 will rule all!

I don\'t think it is that hard to believe that a game can look better than GT3. The xbox is supposedly more powerful than the PS2 so the game should damn well look better. I say don\'t get your panties in a bunch. No one is saying that GT3 sux or that this new game is better. They just said that early reports say it looks better. Don\'t get all upset.

there is a thread about the same subject in the main section, like i said, i am pretty sure they can make a gamne thta looks better than GT3, but its all about the gameplay, will they have 150+ cars in thier game, will thier cars be identical in realism, will they sound like the cars they make, are they even going to make licenced cars thin that game?, stuff like that cant be beat.

It says that the game looks stunning and that the graphics eclipse GT3\'s. I doesn\'t say that the game overall will eclipse GT3, but we all know not to trust "early reports" and to wait until we see it with our own eyes. I have MSR and think it is great so I can\'t wait to see what they can do to it on a powerful console. Although we all know GT\'s track record and how Sony consistently puts out an excellent product. So it is basically wait and see.
[EDIT] It is more like get GT3, play it until your fingers hurt and then wait and see how the other game turns out. :D

Don\'t listen to daily radar. They have to be the most biased and stupid site around. What is sad is the fact they think they are the best gaming site. I say go to ign and don\'t ever go to Daily Radar.

Is it too hard to believe that something could surpass GT3 in the graphics department? Or even gameplay? No. Sure, beating the gameplay of GT3 (if you like GT--which I don\'t) would be rather hard. But, having better graphics wouldn\'t be a huge accomplishment. It is the natrual "evolution" of a console. Games will come out that look better then what you would expect. Bizzare is an excellent developer and if they can or do have the "hang" of developing for the PS2, I wouldn\'t be suprised to see them release a game that puts GT3 to shame--so to speak.
Anyways, it is hype. GT3 is the best looking PS2 racer, so if "early reports" say it looks better then GT3, it will gather alot of hype early on.

They are actually making this game for the Xbox, not the PS2. It is like MSR but not a sequel because Sega owns the license. Thats why I was saying it should look better than GT3. If it doesn\'t Microsoft is going to go through some serious hype withdrawl for not delivering as promised.
