I was watching MTV\'s FEAR a few days ago and was scared to death. Have any of you seen that show? Anyway, I was wondering what is your guys greatest fear? Mine is the thought of being put in hell. Imagine how horrible it must be! Even if you don\'t believe it exists, you can picture what it would be like.

Anyways, my greatest fear... probably that in the future, my life will be incredibally ****ty. Being successful with money affords you the luxury of being able to have time for joy rather then worries. No offense to anyone who thinks money cant buy you love, but like, if I put my kids through an expensive ass college and then still had enough money for me and my wife to go on a fat vacation all while being very happy, life would be grand. I fear that things just might be 100x\'s less then what I imagine and that\'s pretty scary.

Ahh, i remember that thread Ryu. that\'s just plain disturbing man, i mean it\'s gonna feel well strange
when you finally get to play the thing. that was one of the most memorable threads i can think of

Well currently my biggest fear is based on some TV hospital show I saw.
Some girl had something wrong in the rectum and she couldn\'t poop.So they put something called a stoma (or something similar) on her,basically there was a hole on her tummy with a bag attached which collected all the *cough waste.
That made me relise how precius it is to poop.Now I go 3 times a day everyday.My rectum is clean enough to eat out off.

I couldn\'t fall asleep after I watched that show because of all the satinic things in it. I keep thinking how bad everthing is, and the sins that I had commited. That show is pretty messed up. It is like the Blair Witch Project + Some very disturbing **** = Pure scaryness. If you want to think of some weird things, watch that show.

i have been a big fan of that show ever sence it debuted back in oct.
the shows have just gotten worse and worse, the first one is by far the best and they have gotten progressivly worse. dont get me wrong, i love the show still, its just now im starting to wonder if it is completely fake.
as for my greatest fear. it is that my mom, dad, wife and sister die around the same time and i am left alone.

I just started watching the last few weeks. Do they ever replay some of the past episodes? I really want to see them.

im sure they will eventually. you know how mtv is. i bet as soon as all the new episodes are done they will have a "fear saturday" or something where they show all of em.
if they can do it with "the real world" why not "fear"

It is nice to be somewhere that there is not any arguing. The episode coming Sunday looks kinda cool. Where was the first episode located? I thought the most recent one in the woods was cool, since it was the first episode I had seen. I guess the first episode you see is the scariest.

My biggest fear is death. Not actually dying really, but being dead. Is that it? What if it\'s really all over? Where do your thoughts go if you are just a corpse in the ground? What if there is no heaven and no hell? It\'s scary as hell to really think about the finality of it all. Very depressing too.

Damn man. Its like you are reading my mind. Whenever I think about that I get scared. I am afraid that when i die it just....ends. That to me is one of the scariest thoughts. I remember questioning my religion and everything because of this.
As for FEAR, I think it has gotten better with each episode. The stuff they have to do now is a lot worse than when the show first started. My main gripe is that nothing ever gets explained. It like one guy says he was getting chased down the stairs but he never says by what and what made him think that. A lot of stuff happens that is just skimmed over. That usually pisses me off.

what pisses me off is when they say they were "possesed". then 20 minutes later they are fine and all happy and giggly. i think if you were really posses it would be a much bigger thing than that.

Fear controls everything. Fear controls this forum. Fear of getting banned. That\'s why spamming is prohibited and nobody breaks the rule because of the FEAR.
But alas, back to this subject.
I do have many fears; some greater, and I will represent my greatest fears here for all your pleasure. Watching Exorcist last night sure brought every fear back to present, and made them as real as the movie.
( speaking of scary movies... Exorcist... G0d... :) )
I have likewise fears with Aaron and ViVi. I will represent them as from my point-of-view now...
- Death. I am religious, I believe in the Bible ( I\'m christian ); but I am tempted to think death very much. Almost every night I can\'t sleep, and I think death. Someones could think Christians have no problems in death, if they\'re really religious, but that\'s wrong. As I am a human being, I still suspect every word I read/hear. I think many times is Bible just made up, and there\'s nothing after death, but then I fear to doubt the Bible as if it is true, I\'m surely going to h3ll if I don\'t believe Jesus saves my soul from eternal death... It is a conflict of a life-time, and nobody ever really goes over it. If there\'s something after death, what is it? What\'s the first feeling after death, if there\'s feelings? If you\'re transported to another place, how it happens?
Questions me and Aaron couldn\'t answer even if banging our wise heads together :)
- H3ll. I spoke form my fear above, but let me speak to you again. This is my greatest fear, if the Bible is the truth. H3ll... am I created to belong to h3ll? Is my faith strong enough? Will God forgive my soul and perish my sins? Will God forgive me doubting bible?
The end is getting near. I can feel it, and if you believe into the message Bible brings, we\'re certainly near the doomsday...
- That all, or even one of my loved ones, would die. And this includes not just my family, but my grandfather and mother ( wich are specially close to me ), and few very special friends... And I know the time is near for my grandparents, and every night I pray more days for them. But it\'s going to happen sooner or later, and by all logic, they\'re going to pass before me ( but I never can\'t be sure )...
Of course I fear for my parents as well; in our family-tree there has been many cancers ( many lead to death ), and very much heart-problems. My parents are still quite young but there is accidents happening every day, and my father\'s new motorcycle isn\'t going to get the odds reduce...
And my little-sister is more important to me than I sometimes think. ( :) )
- Spirits. I believe evil spirits wander around earth, looking for victims ( the Exorcist style ), and I fear darkness ( wich is another subject, but I conclude it here so this post won\'t get too long ). I fear that I will see a spirit and be scared to death. I fear that they smell my weakness and possess me... And I\'ve played spiritism... and will never play again. Go on, test it! Even the scariest horror-movie won\'t bring you the feeling spiritism does....
Whew, I think those was the worst... but I have lots of other fears I won\'t present here as this post would get too long... now did you enjoy reading my worst, and secret, fears? :)

That\'s funny in a way because I feel the exactly opposite. The only thing I\'m affraid of is how I\'m going to die. Not being dead. If I knew with 100% certainty that I would die in my bed sleeping and thus wouldn\'t feel a thing then I would be happy, because I don\'t fear being dead.
I think some people who\'s obsessed with death are in reality more affraid of living (this wasn\'t meant to any of you guys, just a general note on my behalf).

well here is a history lesson for you, back n the day, it was either the romans, or the greeks, but thier beliefs were that there was only a hell, but a good side of hell and a bad side of hell, i have no idea what the good side of HELL would look like :) nice warm weather, perfect view of the brimstone, you gett he perfect tan, never got to worry about getting cold?

just two days ago a good friend of my family died of a sudden heart attack while jogging. the paramedic told my dad that he was dead before he even hit the ground and he probably never even knew what hit him.
now Samwise, does that sound like a good way to die? I mean, are you saying that you don\'t even want to know what hit you when you die?
And Aaron, if there is nothing after death, wouldnt you say that there is no point of fearing it because you wont even know it, i mean, sure im afraid of there being no after-life, but if there isnt, we wont even know it. do you guys understand what I mean?
but yes, I am also very afraid of death.

Why would h3ll be a bad place. Think about it. Satan hates God. Satan wants 2 rule Heaven, Hell, and Earth. So if some sick son of a b1tch who hates God (theres a lot of these people) goes on a killing spree and gets killed in the process why would Satan want 2 punish him? You would think Satan would just recruit all these sickos and make an army out of them. I mean everyone that goes 2 h3ll is a sinner. So if they offended God wouldn\'t that make Satan proud of them. I don\'t buy into all this heaven and h3ll ****, but I do have a lot of theories about it.

I wouldn\'t mind a heart attack if it was painless and an instant death. But I would mind getting hit by a truck and being alive as a vegetable for several months before dying in pain.
This leads me to another point which might be unpleasent to think or talk about for some. But I don\'t mind talking about death etc, because I don\'t fear it nor am I religious. But my point was about suicide. Why do people always attempt stupid things when trying to commit suicide? They cut their wrists etc but don\'t do it properly. Why do something painful to yourself? I would just eat a whole lot of sleeping pills. That way you would go to sleep and never wake up. Totally painless.

You know something that is kinda scary. After you die, no one remembers you. All you did in your lifetime, but still every one forgets that you existed. Everyday that is happening with poor people on the streets. They die, but no memories are left. That is one of my fears also.

To Samwise: I want to die to oldness. When I\'m old, I expect death ( and reduce the fear of it ), I know it\'s coming, and then dying suddenly wouldn\'t give me such a shock.
But your story there is one of the scariest possibilities to me, to my fears. If I would die now, reading this forum, completely not knowing to expect the death, I would be scared to h3ll, and my trip to the place I am going wouldn\'t be pleasant. And if you\'d die suddenly, and there\'s nothing, then I think I wouldn\'t mind. But life would still end too quickly.
Pain. Pain is just a feeling. I\'m not afraid of pain. IT isn\'t a comfortable feeling, but it just relates to our nerves, and some people have excersized to release pain from their bodies without feeling anything, and some people love pain. Of course we automatically tag those crazy sicko\'s ( or, like we call them, masocists :) ).
I can\'t just explain why the idea of nothing after death sounds so stupid, so illogic, so naive... It\'s hard to express, so I won\'t even try.
