Yeah They annoy me.Something that\'s always on top and never seems to go away.

I guess they are up there for reminders.  Until the Mods decide to take them down, they will still be there.  I kinda feel bad for Darth Joyda.  Imagine some of the humiliation he has been caused.  Ever since he got back from his trip, he has been bombarded.

They are there for a few reasons. One is as an announcement. If a mod has something they want everyone to read, or something that needs to stay where people can see it, they make it sticky. Other times its just to bring to light a particular discussion. There\'s not enough discussion of actual game related stuff here, so mods can start a discussion, and it will stay up there to encourage people to participate. Like the polls, it\'s a new feature that people are still learning to use. Expect its use to become more effective.

yea they are alright but they can get annoying

how long are they suppost to last though - they seem like they are up there for a good while, once they finally get used right then they will be cool - as long as the top is not too filled up with stickys then its alright
