I haven\'t made a post in a long time, but im kinda bored and almost everything on this board has been already talked about. So, who is your favorite music artist ever?.......
My Choice
Artist: Tupac Shakur (New CD comes out in 2 weeks
Favorite Songs: California Love, Changes, Hit Em Up
(https://psx5central.com/community/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tupacnet.org%2Fpics%2FGallery1%2F2Pac4.jpg&hash=98908e5755626107b58e8ffe20d734afa2276f97)
I would make this a poll, but people are very diverse on this board, so there would be too many choices to put up.

I think Pac is still alive. No one does that many songs and doesn\'t put out one of them. Plus have you heard any of the new songs? He blatantly uses modern slang. Something aint right.
For me it also depends on the mood.
If I am trying to get CRUNK for a party or something I might put on:
- Beanie Man
- Outkast
- Pac
- Big
- 3 Six Mafia("Tear da Club up")
- Mr. Vegas
- Bounty Killa
- Limp Bizkit("Faith")
- etc.
If I am laying back or trying to get in some girls panty-draws I listen to:
- Deangelo
- Dru Hill
- Al Green
- Jodeci
- Jagged Edge
- Marvin Gaye
- Sometimes Pac
- etc.
There are to many to list. I just like music.
-
-At The Drive-In
-Tool
-Beastie Boys
-Fugazi
-Dead Milkmen
-Radiohead
-Oasis
-NoMeansNo
-Fatboy Slim
-The Mc5
-Cypress Hill
-Squarepusher
-Wu-Tang
Thats all I can think of right now.
-
I must say again: Metallica
Darth Joyda, don´t you like Mike Oldfield or Enya? :)
-
I think everyone knows who I like.

Well if you read any of the posts you would know that we don\'t have a "favorite" band per se. It depends on our mood. Many of us just listed some of our favorites.
-
I would not call KoRn artists.
Their first album was good,2nd was OK,but since then they\'ve sucked.
I do have high hopes for their next album,it\'s supposed to be back to their root\'s and very heavy.Still I prefer Deicide :D
-
live and 3 doors down all the way. great bands they are!
-
i like anything that is good, which is rock
my fav. genres are Classic Rock and Heavy Metal
my fav. bands are
Pantera
Black Sabbath
Led Zeppelin
The Beatles
Nirvana
although i have many
-
My list? It\'s kinda incomplete, but here are the highlights.
- Roger Waters - The man is a ****ing musical genious.
- Dave Mustain - I liked how he sang about real world problems and the dangers facing humanity filled with politics, not just that lovey crap or alternitive nonsence. (At least in his earlier albums)
- Harry Chapin - For making Folk Music sound good. :D
- Mike Glabicki - Because Rusted Root is one of the only bands out there who\'s sound draws heavily on tribal influences, which I enjoy.
- Kurt Kobain - Another Genious, cut down in his prime by heroin and ***** wife who had him killed.
- Jerry Garcia/Bob Weir/Phil Lesh - for experimenting with new sounds without loosing their roots and reminding us that life is the trip.. not the destination. And also for rembering that they are simply artists doing what they love for those who appreceate it, not superstars who measure their fame by how many porches they own.
-
ahh, Sonyfan, gotta agreew with you on Dave Mustain and Kurt Cobain
-
I heard that Cobain wrote Hole\'s "Live Through This" album. I don\'t know if it\'s true though.
-
I have to agree with u tupac shakur is the greatest.... oy yeah:D WEST SIDEEEEEEEEEE
I also like other things but the question at the beginning was what was your favourite artist, not who do i like.
The song that made me love rap is by grand master flash and the furious five " the message" ( but that is the only song grand master flash didnt take any part in) , puffys version was crap compared to the original:D
