Computer games online has a story about  the developer Irrational Games and their current projects.There are the first shots of The Lost - even before they are on the official site (http://www.irrationalgames.com)

The story of the game sounds interesting - you have to enter the 9 circles of hell to rescue your daughter.
It will be a 3rd person action-adventure with strong RPG elements.
Those guys did System Shock 2 so we can expect some great stuff.

A Horror Game with a flavour of System Shock 2 , it gets my vote :D.

Although i don\'t know how disturbed ill be playing this one :nut: , don\'t like the idea of fighting through hell with the lights off and on one else in the house but little old me :eek:.

if you ask me those pics look kinda crappy, they will get better after time though, look atthe characters head, its a comp[letly different color fromt he body, almost as if its been put on thier,a d doesnt belong on that body to begin with, i hope it gets to look better, i though this game will be using the lithtech engne or something like that, some new engine created that will be promising.

the story libne soudns great though, and i will be looking more intot hsi game as further info pops up.

Well the graphics in system Shock 2 where not all that and it was still a kick ass game.

if it plays like SS2 but in 3rd Person mode with losts of extras then it gets my vote :D.

oh the graphics are not that im worried about, iam more preoccupied with the cool storyline, i just wanted to point the stuff out in the pics.

Yes there are shadows missing f/e ,but I also think the graphics will get better.
The head looks like it has been cut off and attached to another body.Look,there is blood running down the throat.

Your main character will be a woman . But later in the game you will be able to change your character by magic power.There will be 3 different forms I think.Of course the different forms will have different abilities.
If the article is right ,the character on the pics is one of them.

Freaky...and cool. :D The head doesn\'t match, probably because, like the person above said, it was attached to this body. This is hell afterall.

Another game to look forward to.

AH HA! i have figured it out, he is a frankenstien basically, he is made up of different parts, look at the body its different colors,a nd you cans ee where its been cut ans put together, sweet! now i undertsnad, this game might just be a freaky ass title

Hu and there me thinking that this was going to be the world first Cross dressing Zombie Game....

Hmmmmmmm maybe there is a market for that type of game.

Again, those screens look like 640x480, some FSAA, 16-bit textures and NO MIPMAP DITHERING. Gward, those screens use close to nothing of PS2\'s potiental!

can someone pelase tell me what the heck mipmap dithering is?? i have no idea, and like i said, those remond me of giants citizen kabuto shots whent hey first came out, crappy abnd horrible, they will get better after time.

I saw these shots a few months ago

They are not new



They look pretty good to me as is, and I\'m sure they will improve
