3DO registered the name Star Fighter back in January 1997, after in had shipped games carrying the name for the 3DO console, PC and Mac. 3DO alleges that it has spent "sinificant" sums of money promoting the game and that LucaArts Star Wars Starfiter may cause confusinon between the brands. If you have not goten this game yet you better get it soon!! If they pull off the games at the stores, this game will worth $$$! Buy some and sell on e-bay for $80-100!! j/k LucaArts have to give some profits back to 3DO. Maybe.....10% or less on all sales just to make 3DO happy. :D
