That\'s right, cause they appeal to the mainstream.

And the mainstream are the ones who win the war. Mr. hardcore doesn\'t. EA doesn\'t care, they\'re rolling in the flow. As much as we want things our way, the \'hardcore\', we won\'t get them. The majority of gamers are the un-edcuated casual gamer. You\'re always willing to throw some negative remark against these big companies that thrive off the mainstream, get over it, it\'s how they\'re in business. They won\'t survive on us alone.

True, although I consider myself an \'educated\' casual gamer (college degree & playing since asteroids on atari). And I am not into the games that play like a wacked out dark and twisted dramatic movie. For me it\'s all about fun which includes many 2-D games. I realize on this board I am a minority, but not in the grand scheme of gaming.

Anyway datamage, I also see why EA games are so popular. Heck, if anyone has nephews they will see also!!!
